  • Service Charges: The final service cost depends on the appliance type, problem severity, and spare parts required.
  • We provide a transparent estimate before proceeding with the repair.

4. Warranty on Repairs

  • We offer a 30-day warranty on our repair services.
  • If spare parts are replaced, the warranty on those parts will vary based on the manufacturer’s policy.
  • Warranty is not applicable in cases of misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized repairs after our service.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due immediately after the service is completed.
  • We accept cash, UPI, and other digital payment methods.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Free Cancellation if informed 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  • Last-minute cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

7. Liability & Customer Responsibilities

  • We take all necessary precautions while handling repairs. However, Lendtronics is not responsible for:
    • Pre-existing damages or issues with the appliance.
    • Any unforeseen damage due to electrical faults or appliance age.
    • Unavailability of spare parts, which may delay the repair process.
